Le Hai Lieu graduated from Frankurt University in Germany in 1993. She retuned to Vietnam and assumed awood processing workshop from her father. There were difficulties and challenges at the time.

With her effort and managerial skills, the workshop has developed to Duc Thanh wood processing company with more than 100 employees – one of the top enterprisies specialized in manufacturing kitchen ang housing furniture in Vietnam. Duc Thanh wooden products have been certificated ISO 9001: 2008 standard for high quality and exported to over 50 countries in the world.

Beside her success in business, Ms. Le Hai Lieu and her associates have actively participated in programs for the benefit of communtiny, such as providing sponsorship for studious school girls, buiding grant – aided school for poor children, joining Padiatrician Hospital 2 in establishing a cancer and hematological center to take care of cancer-suffering children.
